Design and construction of a state-of-the-art 30 tph diamond bulk sampling plant for Rio Tinto.  The plant includes a standard Consulmet DMS module, a TOMRA XRT unit, and a HPGR crusher.  The whole plant was completed ex-works in sixteen (16) weeks.
