175 tph Ore Sorting Plant
Developed for the Australian market, the plant incorporates lessons from over a decade of sorting plants. Our innovations in preparing feed material for XRT units to ensure maximum operating efficiency have become industry standard. We deployed the first production-scale XRT plant to recover large diamonds in 2012 and have now installed and operated more than thirty units.
The Plant is available in twenty-two (22) weeks ex-works South Africa (excluding the XRT Sorting Modules).
Plant Feed Material
-600 mm Run-of-Mine.
Description of Plant
The Plant is designed and fabricated to Australian standards and includes:
1 x Primary (jaw) and 1 x Secondary (cone) Metso Crushers.
1 x Rock Breaker for oversize material.
1 x Metso Triple-Deck Screen for sizing and feed preparation.
2 x Sorting Modules (2 x TOMRA COM Tertiary XRT 1200/B – Semi Mobile).
2 x Vibramech "Polishing" Screens (one per Sorting Module) based on a configuration developed with Consulmet on various projects.
1 x Air Compressor (Atlas Copco) skid to service the Sorting Modules.
The Plant is offered in two configurations:
"fixed" Metso equipment installed on conventional cast in-situ concrete foundations; or
a skid-mounted, relocatable format.
For maximum flexibility and economy, we offer two options for the Plant conveyors:
with or without conveyor walkways; and
with or without head chutes on the stockpile conveyors.
