LSTK (Lump Sum Turnkey) contract for the complete design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of an alluvial diamond plant.  All logistics, including transport to site, were handled by the Consulmet team on a cost-plus basis.

ROM, delivered to the ROM tip, is pre-conditioned through one of Consulmet's proprietary Wet Front End modules, specifically designed for the pre-treatment of alluvial "high clay" material. Following pre-conditioning, the feed material is conveyed into a surge bin and then, via a pan feeder conveyed to the feed preparation screen of the 50 tph diamond DMS module.

The DMS Module includes a re-concentration circuit with DMS concentrate either being diverted to a rail-mounted "sputnik" system or to the re-concentration circuit for further concentration.  Six one-cubic metre "sputniks" were included with the plant.
